Benson Lau

He completed his Legal Practice Course in 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. Since qualification, Benson has developed a strong practice specialising in both new build and second-hand property transactions across the UK.

Benson has in-depth knowledge of the legal complexities that often arise in a wide range of matters, including leasehold and freehold purchases and sales—whether off-plan or resale—as well as refinancing with both UK and international lenders. In addition to day-to-day conveyancing, he frequently attends property exhibitions and seminars overseas, offering insights and guidance to international clients looking to invest in the UK property market or establish roots in the country.

Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, Benson is able to provide clear, tailored advice to a broad and diverse client base. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Formula 1, skiing, and cooking—pursuits that reflect his focus, energy, and passion for detail.
