Brian Yip

Brian is an SQE Trainee Solicitor at Tiong & Partners, gaining experience across a range of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on new build transactions. He works closely with clients throughout the conveyancing process and has particular experience supporting purchasers from the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Tiong & Partners, Brian gained legal experience working in solicitor firms in Hong Kong. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Law at Cardiff University and subsequently obtained an LLM in Transnational Law from King’s College London. He is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route towards qualification as a solicitor.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Brian is able to communicate effectively with a diverse international client base and provide clients with clear and accessible support throughout their transactions.
