Declan, currently a Trainee Solicitor at Tiong & Partners, has been developing his expertise primarily in residential conveyancing, with a focus on new build purchases. Before joining the firm, he completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Declan holds an LLB degree from the University of Birmingham and an LLM in International Financial Law from King's College London. Fluent in English and Cantonese, and proficient in Mandarin, Declan effectively communicates with clients from various backgrounds.
