Grace qualified as a solicitor in 2025, having previously completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law. Prior to qualifying, she gained valuable experience working in Hong Kong law firms and in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance within the banking sector, giving her a well-rounded foundation in both legal and regulatory matters.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Grace regularly assists a diverse range of clients, including overseas investors and UK-based buyers. Her attention to detail, clear communication style, and multilingual abilities make her a trusted part of the Tiong & Partners conveyancing team.
